The company was founded in February 2008 in Copenhagen. At the moment our headquarters are located in Warsaw. 

Since the date of foundation, the company invests knowledge, capital and opportunities in strategically important areas of the economy – energy, roads construction, telecommunications, chemical and mining industries. 

The company has implemented a number of promising projects in different countries of the world, having reached the level of a mature enterprise that continues to develop rapidly in selected and new areas.
