Currently, energy supply is based on the use of automated commercial electricity metering system - ACEMS which reduce human participation at the stages of measurement, data collection and processing, while promptly providing an accurate report from electricity supplier and consumer.
There are about 8 million electricity consumers in Uzbekistan, among which about 1 million are consumers with three-phase power supply. The introduction of smart meters to people of Uzbekistan began in 2013; the basic principle of the device was a flexible and reconfigurable software and tariff characteristics. The service life - 25 years in average.
The Government of Uzbekistan recommended organizing the production of metering devices in the Republic, which is due to the volume of installed devices and the availability of the potential for the production of smart meters.
So, our company has started the production of electricity meters on the basis of the production facilities of FE LLC "Tashelectroapparat".
Production stages:
- assembly of large units of electricity meters with a testing laboratory in accordance with the requirements of international standards.
- production of polymer casting for localization of polymer structural elements of the meter. Delivery of special laser printers for application of inscriptions on the front panel of meters. Purchase of hardware and rubber seals from local manufacturers.
- manufacture of power control unit module of meters - assembly of printed circuit board. Establishment of a complete line of equipment for assembly of printed circuit boards with the possibility of mastering the production of other electronic products.
For organization of full-scale production FE LLC "Tashelectroapparat" has prepared a production shop taking into account the requirements of electronic production. Then a flow of orders was established for the introduction of ACEMS in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the export of products to other countries was also arranged.
Our company participated in the introduction of new smart meters together with the ACEMS system in Uzbekistan.
